Saturday Morning

Breakfast Saturday for Dale... cooking pancakes brought back a lot of memories for me like cooking for children, making homemade syrup, and washing lots of dishes! Good times!
My yummy breakfast: 3 T oat bran, 1/4 c. rolled oats, 1 apple, cinnamon, caramel flavoring, vanilla, and sugar free maple syrup. Oh, so good! Add to the meal a deviled egg and a tablespoon of cashews. Very satisfying, filling, and colorful!
