Eating Healthy I'm 2011

I am spending the day with grandson Holdem. As I was making carrot salad, he asked if he could have one. Of course, I love to share my veggies... He didn't eat it all, but I thought at least he likes good food.

I'm excited to try a new exercise class Lori told me about. It is on Saturdays for an hour. I hope I can last that long! I won't be wearing what they have displayed on the website but maybe a NIKE shirt will do. I'll let you know how it goes.

Monkey Falls

Last week Kimball wanted to go to Monkey Falls. One monkey, two pretty ladies. :) Kyler and Holdem enjoyed throwing rocks in the water best of all. The water was freezing cold but they liked it anyway!
