Healthy Recipe- Pizza
Many of you may know that I don't eat flour or sugar so I was excited to get this recipe from my daughter Mandy who saw it on Pinterest. I made it and love it so I'm sharing it with you. Start out with a fresh cauliflower. Cut into pieces and pulse it in the food processor until it looks like rice. Measure out 1 cup if you need one serving. Cook in microwave for 5 min. Add spices and egg. Form in a circle on a greased pan and bake in hot oven. Add 1/2 c pizza sauce, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese. It really is good and no carbs! One time I made this recipe and used some leftover cooked cabbage. Worked like a charm! Cauliflower Crust Pizza: 1 c cooked, riced cauliflower 1 c shredded cheese 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp crushed garlic 1/2 tsp garlic salt crushed peppers for flavor Each cauliflower will make about 3 servings. Grease the pan generously and bake the crust in 450 degrees for 15 min. When finished, add pizza sauce, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices. Place u

Last October
Halloween is a favorite holiday of Mandy on the right. Pumpkin pulp, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin bread...all smells like October! Anything I do with Mandy and Lori is FUN! My boys are fun too... Just can't seem to get many pictures of them! I'm just getting caught up on the photos on the camera. I made this table runner in a sewing class in our ward. DH accidentally spilled candle wax on it so it has been officially initiated into the family.
Bishopric
This is our wonderful bishopric: Bro. Versluys, Bishop Dyer, and Bro. Abel. They sacrifice time and energy on behalf of our ward. My hat is off to these fellows who serve so well. Merry Christmas!
Shiney for Holidays
I wanted a pretty sequined blouse for the holidays so I made this. Sister Marg wanted to see it. This is probably the first and last time I'll wear it- fabric dropped glitter and sequins all over the house!
Still on Thanksgiving
We ate at Lori's home for Thanksgiving. Here is Chad's parents and the family... We forgot to get in with the grandchildren! Oh well...
Thanksgiving Concert
Each year we attend the Rexburg Tabernacle Community Concert on Thanksgiving morning. The music was wonderful with great quality voices. Toddlers sitting behind me were not interested in listening tho...but we all made it through.
Birthday Girl
Happy Birthday to my firstborn child Lori! She is talented, funny, clever, and creative (like all of my children) and I'm so grateful that she lives right here in Rexburg! Hope you had a good day!
Weekday Visitors
Matthew and Lily came with son Dallan on Tuesday to visit us. What a treat! Here's a photo of Matthew with his aunt Lori and cousin Kyler. Little Lily was enjoying the toys in the tubby. She didn't mind her hair being washed but didn't want any part of ribbons or bows decorating her locks! We had to celebrate... Dallan just found out he will be employed at Deseret Book headquarters in SLC! He starts Nov. 14. This is very good news after being unemployed for 3 months! He will work with Laurel Christensen and Sheri L. Dew. Great people, good benefits, and a job Dallan enjoys. Congratulations to the Dallan Wright family in Lehi, Utah!

Canning Season
Four big pumpkins equaled 34 pints of pumpkin.. At Albertsons the pumpkin was priced $3.49 for the large can. I like to make pumpkin smoothies so this will help the food storage for us!

The Buzz Bomb
Lori and family had fun on their Buzz Bomb. If the boat got going fast, they had to hang on for dear life!
Bear Lake was SO FUN!
Thursday and Friday of this week we were at Bear Lake North Shore. Here is Lori just loving the water! She is now officially hooked on water skiing!
I am not hooked on it yet, in fact, I didn't make it into the water. That has to be a gradual thing for me (PTSD from camping as a child). We had a super great time! Chad and Lori with their boat and Cole with his friend's boat.

It was Holdem's 4th birthday so we put a candle in the sand castle and sang to him. He is the one hiding in the towel! Cole and Holdem are pictured here with Katrina and her two cute boys. Thanks Cole and Chad for a great time!
Convention
Dale and I went to my CEAHow Convention in LA, California. Since I volunteered to be in a fashion show. I got a makeover by these two young beauticians! Fun! Two of my friends Irish and Sandi. The finished product. It was a lot of fun to get made up and dressed up. Hairpiece care of Miss Ruby Sue.

Cole in the Dam Marathon
Before the race and trying to keep warm. It was cloudy with a few drops of rain. On guard at one of the intersections... Mr. Wright Madison helped take some pictures while I drove. Pole line road.
