Easter Time

We had Lori and family over for Easter dinner. Here is Kyler the cutie. He liked the ham and potatoes. Miss Ruby Sue / Lori having a good conversation at the table.
The girls having a good time. Madison took 5th in her last gymnastic meet and got invited to Nationals in Iowa. She will be there the weekend of April 30. Way to go Madison!

DI Update

I found this jacket/shirt at DI for $4.00. It was a good blue color and the fabric was like a suede. So I did what my daughter taught me to do...I cut off the collar! Now it is a mandarin style neckline and will go better when I put it on over my other shirts. Kinda fun and I didn't worry about ruining it since it only cost $4! Try updating your shirts!

Covid-19 What a bummer! Such a crazy time we are living in! So many businesses shut down, panic buying, social distancing, and sad disappointments for high school and college graduates. Schools online, teachers stressed out, parents wondering what the new school year will look like, making masks, wearing masks and trying to keep sane during all this! So I guess we all have to deal with it. We are still making improvements to our home and taking care of the yard. We are blessed to live in rural Idaho where we can buy meat from local farmers and make our own bread (if we get energetic). That's what it's like right now. So I try to stick to a schedule, avoid baking yummy treats (cause I'll eat them), and pray for strength to carry on even though I might not be in the mood to do anything. That's what it's like today.
