Prettiest Ever

This is a rainbow cupcake. A gal at my work made these and got the recipe out of the Family Fun Magazine.
I brought one home for Dale. When he bit into it I had to take a picture. It was so pretty and must have been very time consuming to make. Even the paper looked pretty! I don't think I will make these but I can appreciate their beautiful rainbows!
