
Recently our cherry tree was full of red juicy cherries and ready to harvest.

These are some of the leftovers. The rest we made cherry juice and canned 13 quarts of it.

I pitted the them by hand because I wanted to make some jam in the breadmaker.

It's easy...just squeeze the cherry!

I put them in the breadmaker, turned it to the jam setting, added Splenda and walla!
