Capitol Building

In front of the National Capitol Building in D.C. If you go there, take some good walking shoes and a backpack.
Take sunscreen too. I forgot and my arms got pink from sunburn, but not as pink as my shirt, thank heavens. Having fun with Mandy and Gladys. I just noticed- red, white, and blue. Must have been July 4th.

I'm excited to try a new exercise class Lori told me about. It is on Saturdays for an hour. I hope I can last that long! I won't be wearing what they have displayed on the website but maybe a NIKE shirt will do. I'll let you know how it goes.

Last week Kimball wanted to go to Monkey Falls. One monkey, two pretty ladies. :) Kyler and Holdem enjoyed throwing rocks in the water best of all. The water was freezing cold but they liked it anyway!
