Holdem stayed at our home a couple weeks ago and I made something fun for breakfast. I found some pancake molds (never used) at DI and made a Christmas tree pancake. I think he liked it!

Healthy cookie dough thanks to Katie Lovely fruit and cheese cubes. A fun refreshment table of healthy food. Thanks to dh Dale who helped me make the fruit kabobs!

So,my dh bought me a great treat for my birthday...pineapple!  Naturally sweet and body friendly What a great hubby!

On our anniversry date to the big city of Idaho Falls, we came upon this curious item at the kitchen store. An induction cooker. Works with magnetic properrties. The pan must be stainless steel or cast iron. The pot itself cooks the food, the cooktop does not heat up. Way cool. Oh the money we spend to get my dh to help with the cooking! It will be fun to use!

January 3rd was our 39th wedding anniversary. Dale was sweet and bought me a bouquet of flowers. I love the colors. We are celebrating our special day on Saturday with lunch and a movie!
