I have been in the mood for scarves lately. For one thing, they keep me warm by hugging my neck. Another thing, they dress up my wardrobe. All you do is take about 12 inches of a nice polyester fabric (which hangs well) and do a rolled hem on the long edges. Don't even worry about the selvage edge...rough edges are IN! Totally easy!

Each year Rexburg has their own "Miracle Makeover." I couldn't believe the difference it made for Janet Goodliffe! She works at our school district and I just wanted to post to the blog. Amazing what a new cut and makeup will do!

Just thought I'd share a good pen I found. I tried one of these at work and looked EVERYWHERE to see what store I could purchase some at. I even went to office stores in Idaho Falls. After no luck with that route, I took to the web. Sure enough, found they were located at my local W algreens store. So now I have enough to last quite awhile. Kind of fun to find something that works for me.

  Madison had her 13th birthday on January 24. It turned out to be a "Painting" party. Painting nails of course. Her new HV light hardens the finish so it lasts much longer on the nail... Cool!
