This is last weekend when Dale's brother Kirk and his wife Jenine came to visit after they went to Yellowstone Park. We had a barbecue and sang "Happy Birthday" to Dale.

And so we have Dale and Gladys...they like to watch videos together. Gladys will snuggle up on grandpa's lap and watch TV in the office. What will we do without Veggie Tales? :)

That's a lot of peaches! I started Friday after school and finished up about 5 hours later. So worth it to see those puppies on my storage shelves. Today Dale and I finished up canning the apples. We were able to get 46 quarts of applesauce and we even have one box of apples left. I think I'll make a couple pies to freeze and give the rest away. I only do applesauce only once a summer.

This is the day Danny had his surgery at the Madison Memorial Hospital on Tuesday the 9th. He broke his arm long boarding up on the hill by the temple. He was pretty out of it because of the medication but he felt better and looked better by the time he was released on Thursday. Wow, Danny! That is some abrasion! This is when Danny left the hospital after having surgery on his right arm. He was actually showing the nurse that he was supposed to get a bandage for the skin. Danny is doing much better these days. Good thing he is left-handed!

Marg is now in the "Grandma Club" and is enjoying it thoroughly. She always wanted 12 children so now maybe we could include the grandchildren in that number. Here we are at Mildred's home with the stuffed cow in the background. We didn't know where else to pose!!

Sunday was the day for Cambria's baby's blessing. His name is Jeffrey Tyson James Hazard. He is a cute little tyke! I went down for the day to see the family and got home at 5 pm. Marg made a great luncheon/dinner for everyone and it was good to see some nieces and nephews I haven't seen for a while. Cam and Tyson are moving to Provo today where they will be while Tyson goes to school this sememster.
